Agnieszka runs the Polish branch of the German division of the FIS corporation, developing a team of over 60 people. In her years of experience, she has managed teams focused on projects, sales, development strategies, and technical support. She has repeatedly built teams from inception, creating a space for the members to grow and a self-organising culture, and worked for both global organisations and start-ups. She has led multi- million projects in banking and technology, including a project to transform a bank into the First European Mobile Bank.
Currently, she is using her rich professional background and extensive knowledge in many fields to support her clients as well as possible on their way to achieving their professional and personal goals.
In her work with clients, Agnieszka applies a proven process tested on hundreds of managers, using the most effective ecoCoach tools, developed in cooperation with top managers, leaders, and CEOs, namely: The Leader’s Growth Pad™, The Power of Habits™, The Power of Good Time Management™, The Leader’s 3D Scan™. She also uses assessments such as Gallup’s CliftonStrengths 34 and others, depending on the client’s needs.
