In over 20 years of experience in IT, he has worked his way up from executing a wide variety of projects in complex organisations, through innovative projects and start-ups, to unlocking the potential of teams, leaders, and entire organisations. He has worked in many industries and carried out projects for respected brands such
as Orange, Citibank, PZU, Kredyt Bank, pwc, Sodexo, Bank BPH, inodev, PARP, Microsoft, Viacom, Roche.
He researches methods of strategic facilitation and designs strategic planning sessions for collaborative development of vision, strategy, OKR goals, as well as for solving organisational problems or identifying so-called lessons learned. He engages teams for growth, transformation, and innovation through the facilitation process of Discovery–Design–Delivery. Fascinated by participatory management, self-organisation, and the agile approach. For years, he has been helping teams to achieve excellence and supporting organisations in delivering great products to the market.
