Active mentor and certified business coach. A graduate of the PerfectCircle Business Coaching Academy. With 15 years of experience in project management, she has successfully led teams through over 300 projects – ranging from IT system implementations, structural reorganizations, to managing large-scale event projects. She is also the author of the BusinessPro Coaching & Mentoring blog.

Patrycja is passionate about working with people, for people. Her work is rooted in supporting leaders and teams in achieving their goals and creating value for business. Outside of her corporate role as an IT Project Manager, she has been an active member and volunteer at the Project Management Institute (PMI) for many years. She had the honor of serving as a Board Member of PMI PC and as a Branch Leader, allowing her to shape and execute strategic initiatives and implement innovative solutions in the areas of management, leadership, and stakeholder collaboration. As a coach and mentor, Patrycja regularly conducts one-on-one coaching sessions and workshops tailored to the unique needs of her clients.

Education / Certifications:

Master’s degree from the Faculty of Computer Science and Management at Wrocław University of Science and Technology. Her academic work focused on two key areas: technology (including Business Intelligence systems) and organizational development, especially employee motivation. This dual focus has shaped her professional path by integrating modern technology with leadership.
