Rafał Staszek

Business coach and consultant, trainer collaborating with PerfectCircle, and lecturer at the Department of Management at Kozminski University. He specializes in strategic analysis, organizational culture, leadership communication, and public speaking. He is currently pursuing a PhD focused on the use of a company’s history as a unique organizational asset.

Rafał began his professional journey in finance, later transitioning into consulting, academia, and executive coaching. His experience working with business leaders and innovative organizations in both Poland and Portugal has provided him with a broad perspective on how organizations operate across various industries.

For nearly a decade, he was actively involved in Toastmasters International – as a member, speaker, club president and founder, as well as a regional director – leading people, teams, and clubs. Through these roles and in his work with clients, students, and collaborators, Rafał has consistently developed communication skills – a field that has become his passion, one he now successfully shares and cultivates in others.

He has completed over 100 hours of coaching, 500 hours of business consulting for individuals and large organizations, and delivered more than 1,000 hours of lectures and public speaking engagements.
